OUR WORK
For season 2 of The Old Man, Raynault vfx continued delivering photorealistic invisible visual effects to enhance the show's grounded spy narrative. A key focus was once again Hamzad Village, nestled in Afghanistan’s remote Panjshir Valley, where much of the story takes place.
Our team built a full CG version of the village, extending it with the surrounding mountains and terrain. In addition, we handled complex compositing work and seamless set extensions to blend the practical footage with the CG elements, maintaining the immersive and authentic feel of the environment.
